Why is there a maximum of 2 active sprints?

Because this work requires deep attention. I interview your customers, run your positioning workshop, and write your sales materials personally. That level of quality is not possible with 10 simultaneous clients. Two sprints at a time is the right number for the right outcome.

Do you offer payment plans?

Payment is 50% upfront, 50% on Day 30 delivery. For the Full GTM Retainer, we split into 3 monthly payments. No other payment structures.

What if I want the Sprint but I’m not sure it’s the right fit?

Start with the $1,500 GTM Audit. It is a 5-day diagnosis that tells you exactly what’s broken and whether the Sprint is the right next step. The $1,500 applies toward the Sprint within 30 days.

What do you need from me during the sprint?

About 2–3 hours per week — primarily the positioning workshop in Week 2 and review calls at the end of each week. The heavy lifting is on my side.

What if the positioning output is not what I expected?

We align on the direction and criteria before I write a single word of positioning. The Week 2 workshop is collaborative — you are in the room when the key decisions are made. Surprises do not happen here.

Do you work with companies outside the US?

My methodology and ICP research frameworks are calibrated for the US B2B SaaS market. I work with US-headquartered companies or US-focused go-to-market motions.
